What is the ALMA platform?
We at ItaliaHello organize vocational training and professional guidance paths for migrant women and minors to help them understand the Italian labor market, learn about the main job search tools, and to make the best use of their skills in the professional field.
Together with Associazione Nosotras, we implemented Progetto ALMA, where the participants, on the basis of the training received, worked together with expert trainers to create the platform.
What is on the platform?
On the platform you will find videos with important information on the labor market and, specifically, on the tools you need to find a job. In the videos you can learn, for example, how to write a CV and a cover letter, how to face a job interview or how to maintain a positive attitude while looking for a job.
The platform and videos are available in 5 languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
